Tim is a serial entrepreneur and world traveler who has started 5 companies after serving in multiple executive roles at Northwest Airlines. As a humanitarian missions veteran, he has over 88 countries stamped into his passport. Tim has served on the Executive Board of the Assemblies of God World Missions (one of the largest missions boards in the world), and provides an invaluable international network of leaders spanning from Sudan and Nepal, to Burma and North Korea.
CEO, Alliance Healthcare (NASDAQ: AIQ)
Tom has over 25 years experience as an Executive Officer at multiple publicly-traded companies, including CFO of Department 56 (NYSE: DFS) and President of Harmon Solutions Group (NASDQ: APOG) before becoming the CEO of Alliance Healthcare. He holds a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, as well as an MBA from Columbia University. Tom is also an avid cyclist, downhill skier and action sports enthusiast.
Dr. Kristen Leigh Willard
Dr. Willard taught microeconomics and strategy to MBA candidates and executives attending Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. She has traveled extensively to the countries where Venture serves. Kristen is grateful to be identified as a Venture alumna, having ridden on multiple Venture tours. She has a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from Princeton University.
STEPHEN M. HOSMER
CEO, Royale Energy (NASDAQ: ROYL)
Stephen has over 13 years experience as CEO of Royale Energy. He has served on the board of directors of Youth for Christ and is active in serving youth in his local church. An avid cyclist, Stephen joined the Present:Hope Venture tour in Oct 2011 to raise funds for families and victims of the Joplin and Tuscaloosa tornados. Stephen earned his MBA from Pepperdine University.

Roger A. Lane has distinguished himself as a leader in church and institutional fund-raising. Roger has conducted campaigns across the nation for decades ranging in size from $300,000 to $34 million. Roger’s currently consults non-profit leaders in team building, stewardship education, board leadership, and mentoring.

Partner, Larkin & Hoffman Attorneys at Law
Mark is a veteran lawyer and outside general counsel. He has been a partner in several firms for decades. He also has personally served in multiple countries around the world, with a particular interest in Southeast Asia. He holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota.

Linda Furry is a living example of diversity overcoming discrimination as a female Native American who rose to executive levels in several corporations. Linda has been in the travel business for over 35 years. As a traveling humanitarian, she has a particular focus on empowering women internationally.

Brad has over 33 years of leadership experience at the helm of his industry- leading company. He has developed a brand and team that is marked by trust and excellence. Along with his leadership in the marketplace, Brad has also lead in various capacities in religious and civic roles. As Venture ambassadors, Brad and his wife, Dawn, have participated in multiple Venture tours, adding incredible value to the each team.
