Bible verses about giving to the poor.
Systemic poverty affects many nations and people groups worldwide. The cycle it perpetuates can feel endless, so how can we help? It is easy to feel like we cannot make a difference, but the Bible says otherwise. Here are some Bible verses about helping the poor and Bible verses about giving to the poor.

2. Leviticus 25: 35-37

Take no interest from him or profit, but fear your God, that your brother may live beside you. You shall not lend him your money at interest, nor give him your food for profit. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.”
3. Luke 11:41
“But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor, and everything will be clean for you.”
4. Leviticus 19:9-10
